The QR-code is printed on a card or sticker which the customer gets together with the bill. The customer scans the QR-code with his phone and goes to the restaurant’s page on TIPME platform, where he can review his experience and tip.

Yes, the customer can choose to make only a review, or only tip, or both. Reviews are available only to the business owner / manager in the personal account.

Tips go directly to the waiter or are shared between the employees (depending on the internal rules of the restaurant). Tips do not pass through the account of the restaurant.

Setup and connection is FREE for the restaurant. TIPME only charges 8% of the tip amount. No other hidden costs, payments or charges apply.
